No LeadTru cloud sync
Client, task, media, note, and settings records are kept in the app's local device storage.
Archive export and import
Use the archive tools to back up or move records. Deleting the app can remove local data if an archive has not been exported.
Overview
TeamClozr Local is a local-first real estate workflow app from LeadTru LLC. The current launch build does not require a LeadTru account and does not include a LeadTru cloud sync service.
Information stored in the app
You may enter client names, contact details, property information, transaction dates, tasks, notes, listing links, media attachments, generated or edited content, and app settings. These records are stored in the app's local device storage.
Accounts and cloud sync
TeamClozr Local does not create a LeadTru user account and does not sync your app records to a LeadTru-hosted cloud database in the current launch build.
Archive export and import
The app includes archive export/import tools so you can back up or transfer local records. When you export an archive, you choose where it goes through iOS sharing or file tools. Any destination you choose may have its own privacy practices.
Device permissions
The app may request access to camera, microphone, photos, files, and notifications so you can attach media, record audio, import/export archives, and receive local reminders. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
Support email
LeadTru LLC receives information you choose to send to support@leadtru.dev, such as support descriptions, screenshots, device details, or app version/build information. Avoid sending private client details unless they are necessary for support.
Analytics, ads, and sale of data
The current public support policy states that LeadTru does not sell TeamClozr Local app data and does not use TeamClozr Local app records for advertising. The support website may receive ordinary web request information from its hosting provider.
Data control
Because app records are stored locally, you control them through the app, iOS storage controls, archive export/import, and deletion. Deleting the app can remove local data if you have not exported an archive.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as TeamClozr Local changes. The latest public version will remain available at https://leadtru.dev/privacy/teamclozr-local.
