TeamClozr Local Help Guide

A browsable support guide for TeamClozr Local pages, buttons, fields, and archive workflows.

Guide

Main tabs

The bottom tab bar keeps the launch build focused on local realtor workflow.

  • Home shows the daily dashboard, next best action, and client list.
  • New creates a seller or buyer client record.
  • Tasks gathers pending, overdue, upcoming, and completed work across local clients.
  • Settings manages branding, permissions, local reminders, and archive import/export.

Guide

Dashboard and Home

The dashboard gives a quick operating view before entering the main client workspace.

  • Enter the App opens the main tabbed app on Home.
  • Create New Listing starts a new seller workflow.
  • Home can filter clients by All, Buyers, Sellers, and Closed.
  • The dashboard action menu can import a client archive or create a client.
  • Next Best Action shows the highest-priority pending dated task, or No pending actions when the local list is clear.

Guide

New client

The New tab captures the working details needed for buyer and seller records.

  • Choose Buyer for search and preference fields, or Seller for listing fields.
  • Contact Details stores names, phone, email, and optional company or estate context.
  • Additional Contacts can add up to five related people with role, phone, and email fields.
  • Seller records can include property type, status, price, showing count, property notes, target dates, transaction dates, and vacant-property details.
  • Buyer records can include preferred area, price range, showing count, property preferences, transaction dates, and notes.

Guide

Client detail

Client Detail is the main workspace for a single buyer or seller record.

  • The hero card shows profile image or initials, client context, status, property type, progress, price or budget, beds, baths, and square footage.
  • Quick actions add tasks, media, notes, and listing URLs.
  • Secondary actions can run content assistance, export the client archive, or open Edit Client.
  • Disclosure sections organize Contact, Property, Transaction, Vacant Property, Tasks, Workflow, Media, Online Listings, and Notes.
  • Delete Client removes the client record and associated local media after confirmation.

Guide

Tasks and workflow

Task and workflow tools help keep local client work moving without requiring a server account.

  • Tasks can be grouped by Today, Upcoming, Overdue, and Completed.
  • Each task can include a title, description, category, priority, workflow stage, due date, and status.
  • Workflow stages can be expanded, assigned target dates, checked off, completed, or reopened.
  • Completing a task updates the local task board and the related client detail page.

Guide

Media and notes

Saved media and notes stay attached to the local client record unless you export or share them.

  • Choose Photo, Open Camera, Attach Audio or Video, or Attach Note as Media from the media tools.
  • Images, video, audio, and text media can be previewed from Media Detail when the local file is available.
  • Quick Note appends a note to the client's main notes field.
  • Phone numbers detected in notes may offer call, message, or copy actions through iOS.

Guide

Content and listing links

Content and link tools keep marketing follow-through near the client record.

  • Content Generator fields include Listing Description, Social Post, and Email Draft.
  • Generated or drafted text remains editable before saving.
  • Listing URLs can be saved for Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, or Other.
  • If a listing URL does not include a scheme, the app adds https:// before saving.

Guide

Settings and local data

Settings contains local branding, permission status, reminder mode, and archive tools.

  • App Name, Brokerage Name, Accent Color, and Background Color control local branding.
  • Camera, Microphone, Photos, and Notifications show device permission readiness or availability.
  • Reminder delivery is local-device only in the current launch build.
  • Export All Data creates a full local archive through the iOS share sheet.
  • Import Data Archive opens the iOS file picker for compatible local archives.

Guide
